Refund Policy

We are sure that you will love our product, however if for some reasons you receive your product and it has been damaged along the way, pleae let us know via an email to info@GORV.health along with a photo of the damaged product. We will then follow up with instructions on what to do. 

 

Unfortunately we cannot except exchanges of refunds due to a change of mind. We suggest that you pass the jamu on to a friend or family membere who may be keen to receive the benefits of Jamu and will thank you will an out pouring of kindness.

 

Due to being small batch produceres, from time to time there may be slight variations in the finished product. In no way should this be seen as a fault of the product or producers but rather an assuracne that each batch is lovingly produced in a small batch and that natural changes occur in the raw ingredients.
