Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post within 1 business day from ordering. We suggest checking Australia Post's website to check on shipping times to your area. 

Shipping costs are calculated via the website based on Australia Posts most recent advertised delivery costs. 

Once received Jamu should be stored in the fridge, so the use by dates are accurate. 

As we know from recent events such as COVID and floods, delivery may be delayed and whilst Great Ocean Road Vitality will take every reasonable step to avoid any possible delays, we must explicitly declare that Great Ocean Road Vitality cannot held liable for any delays that occur  once Australia Post is in possession of the goods.
